On Monday, August 2nd, Emad Al-Masri will be conducting his first class at The Cook's Shop - and to be honest, we don't even know what he's going to be cooking! Owner of and chef at The Buckley House in Marietta, Emad is known for his mediterranean style of cooking and use of seasonal fresh ingredients. Having spent time with Emad (and a glass of wine or two) we can guarantee that this will be an entertaining and very educational class. Class is limited to 16. $55.

On Sunday, August 8th, John Murphy will teach a comprehensive class on the preparation and cooking of our favorite fowl, the chicken.John is a culinary arts teacher at Barry Tech in Nassau County, NY. He'll be covering everything from butchering and boning to complete recipes. his handout alone is 19 pages long. We expect this to be a very informative and practical class!
