"Breads In Under An Hour"

On Monday, July 19th, Gayle Shank will offer a class on simple breads that can be made in an hour or less. You'll learn to make "Blender Baguettes", both French and Italian, along with an English Muffin Loaf and Irish Soda Bread. As a bonus, Gayle will also cover a few savory additions: Herb Butters, Mushroom Provencal, Tomato bruschetta and a Boursin Spread. Class is limited to 16. $30.
"Making Good Pasta At Home"

John Rossi suggested that this class be titled "Exploit John Rossi - He Likes It!" but we didn't think that was appropriate. "Making Good Pasta At home - Do's & Don'ts" seemed much better. John will cover everything you need to know about making pasta at home....& more! Free form skillet preparation, fresh ingredients and he promises that everyone will have the opportunity to crank some dough. John is an artist, both in the kitchen and outside of it. This promises to be a fun, free-form, educational evening. Class is limited to 16. $45.
