Class & Cancellation Policy
Classes are demonstration style unless otherwise noted. Instructors reserve the right to alter menus due to availability of seasonal ingredients.
Payment must accompany each class reservation. Phone registration must be reserved with a credit card. Space is limited to 12-24 and will be noted in the class description. If a class is full your name may be placed on a waiting list.
The Cook's Shop will refund or credit tuition for cancellations up to 48 hours before class. Refunds or credits wll not be given for cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of class. Credit given may be used for future classes or in-store purchases.
Classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will contact you by phone. Payment may be transferred to another class, refunded or credited.
Class seating is assigned at time of payment. No holding seats for late arrivals. If you wish to sit together, reservations and payments must be placed at the same time.
Guests will receive a tasting of all of the dishes prepared in class and a complimentary glass of wine. The first tasting may not be served until an hour after class begins. Guests will receive copies of all recipes and a binder to keep them in.
Guests will receive a 10% discount on all in-store items for a time period beginning half an hour before class until one hour after your class ends.
